After a thirty year career in real estate, I retired and my husband and I bought a second home near Galveston, Texas. While remodeling the canal home the north wind blew water out of our canal and these gorgeous roseate spoonbills, egrets and blue herons would come into the canal to “fish” for fish trapped in the shallow water.
